VMRO-DPMNE demands evidence from Venko Filipče over alleged 37 million euro corruption

The opposition party VMRO-DPMNE has called on SDSM leader Venko Filipče to submit evidence to the Public Prosecutor's Office regarding alleged criminal activities within the SDSM ranks. The demand follows Filipče’s own public statements raising suspicions about MP and former Defense Minister Slavjanka Petrovska.

Filipče alleged that Petrovska signed a helicopter procurement contract that was 37 million euros more expensive than a previous decision made by a commission. VMRO-DPMNE representatives, including spokesperson Valentin Manasievski and MP Brane Petruševski, have questioned why Filipče remained silent about these suspicions until now and have urged him to provide all relevant documents and proof to the authorities to ensure transparency and accountability.
