Venko Filipçe reacts to Serbian election results

Venko Filipçe, leader of the LSDM, has hailed the victory of the Student List in Serbia's parliamentary elections as a historic event. He characterized the outcome as a liberation from criminal power structures and drew parallels between political shifts in Hungary, Serbia, and Macedonia.

In Macedonia, the ruling VMRO-DPMNE party has intensified its criticism of Filipçe and the LSDM. The ruling party claims the opposition has suffered a political setback following local election results in Bërvenicë, where they allege the LSDM lost by a 4-to-1 margin. VMRO-DPMNE further accused Filipçe of failing to publish previously promised polls that were intended to show rising support for the LSDM.
