VMRO-DPMNE criticizes urban expansion in Centar Municipality

Stefania Bojadzieva Markovska, a member of the VMRO-DPMNE Center local committee, has criticized the current administration of the Centar Municipality in North Macedonia regarding uncontrolled urban expansion.

Speaking from Vodnjanska Street, Markovska alleged that the Vodno area is being transformed into a concrete settlement due to urban neglect. She claimed that rapid building construction is reducing access to greenery, children's spaces, and standard living conditions.

Markovska questioned Mayor Gerasimovski regarding the lack of infrastructure, specifically noting a shortage of places in kindergartens and the Kochos Racin school. She accused the municipality of prioritizing construction interests and party finances over the protection of public space and the environment.
