A recent poll conducted by Market Vision between September 11 and 27 shows VMRO-DPMNE maintaining a significant lead over SDSM in North Macedonia. According to the survey of 1,200 respondents, 19.3% intend to vote for VMRO-DPMNE, while 5.6% support SDSM. The ratings for DUI and the VLEN coalition are tied at 4.2%.

Regarding political leadership, VMRO-DPMNE President Hristijan Mickoski holds 20.4% trust, significantly higher than SDSM President Venko Filipce at 3.8%. However, the poll notes that 41% of respondents are undecided or do not intend to vote, and 44.1% express no trust in any political leader.

SDSM has contested the interpretation of these results, arguing that the 19.3% figure actually represents a decline from their previous 32% support level. The opposition party attributed this shift to government economic policies, including rising public debt and budget deficits. Conversely, Prime Minister Mickoski stated the results confirm that citizens recognize the current administration's performance, citing improved inflation rates compared to previous years.
