Vân Hugo reflects on 18-year journey of motherhood

MC Vân Hugo recently shared her 18-year journey of motherhood during a conversation for the “Mẹ Bé Triệu View” category at the WeFamily Awards 2026. She reflected on becoming a mother at the age of 23 while pursuing graduate studies in Switzerland.

She described the challenges of navigating motherhood in a foreign country, including the pressures of breastfeeding, the difficulties of being a single mother, and the physical and emotional exhaustion she faced. Looking back, she expressed gratitude for her younger self's courage and emphasized that mothers do not need to strive for perfection, but rather focus on living authentically and providing a gentle life for themselves and their children.
