VNG Deputy General Director Nguyen Le Thanh to resign

VNG Corporation has announced that Nguyen Le Thanh will step down from his position as Deputy General Director due to personal reasons. The decision is set to take effect on October 30, 2026.

Mr. Thanh joined VNG in April 2011 and has held several key roles, including Chief Information Officer and Senior Deputy General Director in charge of Information Technology. He also served as General Director of the Digital Business division, where he worked on integrating enterprise products into an ecosystem focused on security, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing.

This leadership change occurs as VNG reports significant financial growth. For the first nine months of 2026, the technology group recorded a total revenue of over 9,233 billion VND and a post-tax profit of approximately 1,013 billion VND. This marks the first time the company has achieved a nine-month post-tax profit exceeding 1,000 billion VND since its stock began trading on UPCoM in late 2022.
