Vĩnh Phúc officials push to resolve Park 5 Service Land Project delays

Trần Duy Đông, Chairman of the Vĩnh Phúc Provincial People's Committee, has directed authorities to resolve long-standing issues regarding the Park 5 Service Land Project in Vĩnh Yên city. Despite being initiated in 2019, the project faces delays in site clearance because 17 out of 33 households have not complied with land recovery decisions, citing compensation demands that exceed regulations.

To prevent the waste of invested infrastructure resources, the Chairman instructed relevant departments and local wards to conduct thorough reviews of land origins and compensation decisions. The goal is to accelerate the compensation process and complete the urban landscape and commercial development project.
