VNPT selects RADCOM for AI-driven international roaming monitoring

Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) has selected RADCOM to provide an AI and cloud-based service quality monitoring platform for its international roaming network. RADCOM, headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, secured the contract through a competitive bidding process, replacing the previous solution provider.

The implementation of the RADCOM ACE platform will allow VNPT to transition from simple data collection to automated anomaly detection. The multi-cloud platform provides real-time visibility tied to individual subscribers, which is expected to enhance the experience for millions of users, particularly those traveling abroad who rely on roaming for communication and digital transactions.

Benny Eppstein, CEO of RADCOM, noted that this selection through competitive tender is a positive sign for the company in the Asia-Pacific region and may lead to further expansion of monitoring services across other parts of VNPT's network.
