Vocational training and inclusion awards recognized in Germany

Several vocational training and inclusion achievements were recently recognized in Germany. In Sennfeld, seven employees of the WfbM Sennfeld workshop successfully completed a two-year training program to become WfbM assistants. These individuals, including Jessica Dresch, Christian Fuchs, Christian Kreile, Domenik Rust, Alexander Schira, Susanna Süß, and Nadine Vollert, completed nine learning modules and nine examinations. The program, developed by Andreas Roth, aims to strengthen professional qualifications and facilitate access to the primary labor market for employees with disabilities.

In the Straubing-Bogen district, three companies were honored with the 2026 Training Awards. MOLL Automatisierung GmbH received the award for companies with over 50 employees, while WB Bau Bogen GmbH won in the category for companies with up to 50 employees. The Sport- und Wellnesshotel Angerhof was awarded the Training Award for Inclusion. District Administrator Tobias Beck emphasized that qualified training is a decisive factor for company success and a vital regional factor.
