Hungarian vocational schools host open days and community events

Several vocational training institutions in Hungary are hosting events to assist students with secondary school selection. In Eger, three schools under the Heves County Vocational Training Center (HVSZC) are holding open days this November. These institutions offer diverse training programs ranging from technical fields like automotive manufacturing, CNC machining, and welding to healthcare, social services, and hospitality.

In Nógrád County, the György Szondi Technical School organized a community Halloween event that integrated professional training with festive activities. The program included foreign language competitions, pumpkin carving, and creative makeup and hairstyling demonstrations by cosmetology and hairdressing students. The event also emphasized environmental sustainability as part of the school's eco-school status.
