Voces Vitales El Salvador hosts Crece Mujer 2026 conference

The Crece Mujer 2026 congress, organized by Voces Vitales El Salvador, brought together more than 500 female entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders in San Salvador on October 19. The event focused on two primary pillars: the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into business operations and the promotion of financial well-being.

Participants explored how AI can be utilized to automate tasks, streamline processes, and facilitate strategic decision-making. The agenda also addressed financial management, including savings, access to credit, investment, and asset protection. To support these goals, the event featured a fair where financial institutions and insurance companies presented various products and services.

Gabriela Quirós, president of Voces Vitales El Salvador, emphasized that the initiative aims to connect female talent with the professional networks and tools necessary to foster economic autonomy and leadership.
