Vodafone España reduces customer complaints by 73% over three years
Vodafone España has significantly reduced its customer complaints over a three-year period, according to a report from the Office of Telecommunications and Digital Services, which operates under the Spanish Ministry for Digital Transformation and Civil Service.
Data shows that complaints for convergent services—which bundle fiber, mobile, internet, and television—dropped from 9.17 to 2.45 per 10,000 subscribers between 2022 and 2025, representing a 73% decrease. During the same period, mobile service complaints fell by 68%, while fixed-line complaints saw a 54% reduction.
This improvement comes at a time when the broader telecommunications sector experienced a 29.2% increase in total complaints. By reducing its convergent service complaint index by an additional 17% in 2025, Vodafone has moved from having the highest complaint rates among major operators in 2022 to being much closer to the industry average, placing it below competitors such as MásMóvil.
