Vodafone and Claro lead 5G network coverage in Portugal and Colombia

Recent nPerf reports highlight the current state of 4G and 5G mobile network coverage in Portugal and Colombia.

In Portugal, Vodafone leads the market with the highest coverage for both 4G (97.49%) and 5G (85.04%). NOS follows closely in 4G coverage at 97.48% and holds second place in 5G at 80.38%. MEO and Digi rank third and fourth, respectively, with Digi showing a significant gap in 5G availability at 34.72%. Regional disparities exist in Portugal, where Lisbon reports the highest 5G coverage at 86.2%, while Portalegre has the lowest at 41.9%.

In Colombia, Claro is the leader in 5G coverage, achieving a 43.22% nPerf score and 63.35% population coverage. Tigo maintains the lead in 4G connectivity nationwide. The Colombian landscape shows notable regional differences, with the Andean region reporting 39.2% 5G coverage, compared to just 25.5% in the Orinoquía region.
