Vodafone Türkiye ranks first in telecommunications employer research

Vodafone Türkiye has ranked first in the telecommunications category of the ‘Most Desirable Companies’ research. The study, conducted by Realta Danışmanlık, measures employer perception through various metrics including company culture and communication preferences.

Nazlı Tlabar Güler, Vice President of the Executive Board at Vodafone Türkiye, attributed the success to the company’s focus on qualified, motivated employees and a strong employer brand. She stated that human resources strategies are designed to align with the company’s vision and long-term goals, aiming to maximize employee potential and foster a culture that supports digital transformation, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The ‘Most Desirable Companies’ research has been conducted annually since 2009. The most recent iteration involved participation from over 81,000 students and 35,000 young professionals, evaluating companies across 22 different sectors.
