Voge launches SR16 Air 125cc scooter to expand urban market presence

Voge, a manufacturer based in Chongqing, has launched the SR16 Air, a new 125cc high-wheel scooter designed for urban commuting. The model features a 124.8 cm³ four-stroke engine producing 10.9 hp, Euro 5+ compliance, and a fuel consumption rate of 2.1 l/100 km. For safety and technology, it includes dual-channel ABS, traction control (TCS), full LED lighting, and an LCD instrument panel. The scooter is expected to be priced slightly above 3,000 euros and is accessible under the A1/B license category in several European countries.

The launch comes as Voge experiences significant growth in the Spanish market. According to Anesdor data, between January and July 2026, Voge registered 11,803 motorcycles, representing an 82.9% increase compared to the previous year. This growth has secured Voge a 12.8% market share in Spain, placing it ahead of competitors Honda and Yamaha. While the brand's success has been driven largely by its trail motorcycle range, the SR16 Air aims to strengthen its presence in the rapidly expanding 125cc urban scooter segment.
