Vogošća Municipality provides new firefighting equipment

The Municipality of Vogošća has provided new firefighting equipment to the local Firefighting Society (VD Vogošća) to strengthen civil protection capacities. The procurement, valued at 30,186.00 KM, was conducted in accordance with the municipal civil protection work program and the 2026 public procurement plan.

The new equipment includes specialized intervention uniforms designed for fighting forest fires and performing demanding technical interventions. During the handover, Mayor Migdad Hasanović emphasized that investing in high-quality equipment is essential for ensuring that first responders can act quickly, safely, and efficiently during emergencies, thereby protecting citizens and their property.
