Voice actor agency INTENTION to dissolve in 2027

Voice actor agency INTENTION, led by representative director Kenichi Suzumura, has announced it will dissolve on March 31, 2027. The decision was made due to Suzumura being diagnosed with adjustment disorder.

According to a statement released on the agency’s official website and social media, doctors informed Suzumura that his condition would not improve as long as he remained involved in management. The agency described the dissolution as a “painful decision.”

INTENTION was established in 2012 by Suzumura and manager Atsushi Kuwahara. The agency represents several prominent voice actors, including Yuichi Nakamura, Nao Toyama, Yuma Uchida, and Aya Endo. The company stated it will continue its management operations as usual until the dissolution date and will provide maximum support to its affiliated talent regarding their future activities.
