Voila! Theatre Festival announces 2026 lineup

The Voila! Theatre Festival has announced its 2026 programme, continuing its mission as a panlingual, multi-venue fringe festival in London. The festival features theatre in 60 different languages and aims to reflect contemporary cultural flows by championing underrepresented artists and diverse storytelling.

Following a period of expansion and record-breaking ticket sales, the festival will utilize eight London venues, including The Cockpit, Barons Court Theatre, Canal Cafe Theatre, Etcetera Theatre, The Playground Theatre, Theatro Technis, The Space Theatre, and Upstairs at the Gatehouse. The festival also maintains a partnership with Theatre Deli, which provides development residencies and mentoring for participating artists.

Co-director Fae Fichtner noted that the festival’s cosmopolitan nature is driven largely by migrant artists living and working in London, whose work integrates international heritage with local influences.
