Volks announces 1/4 scale Mari Makinami Illustrious figure
Volks has announced a new 1/4 scale resin assembly figure kit from its flagship ‘Zettai Ryouiki’ series, featuring the character Mari Makinami Illustrious from ‘Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition’. The figure stands 79.5cm tall and is designed to capture high-detail textures of the character's plug suit and physical features.
This release marks the completion of the series' primary heroine trio, following previous releases of Rei Ayanami and Asuka Langley. The kit includes special ‘Resin Eye’ parts for custom finishing.
The product is priced at 115,500 yen (tax included). It will be previewed at Hobby Round 35 on November 7, 2026, with a formal order period running from November 21, 2026, to January 31, 2027, through Volks showrooms and online stores.
