Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles meets with TÜRSAB members

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles hosted a meeting with members of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) to discuss the mobility needs of the tourism sector. The event focused on addressing industry requirements regarding vehicle usage, including the Crafter and Caravelle models.

Discussions covered various operational aspects such as vehicle selection, maintenance and service processes, financing solutions, and after-sales support. TÜRSAB Board Member Gürkan Özcan noted that light commercial vehicles are fundamental to the service quality and operational efficiency of travel agencies.

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Marketing Manager Ömer Madazlıoğlu emphasized that mobility needs in tourism are shaped by both passenger comfort and the ability of businesses to provide uninterrupted service. The meeting allowed industry representatives to share direct feedback with brand managers to better align products and services with sector demands.
