Vollenhove prepares for Corso 2026 flower parade

Preparations are underway for the Corso Vollenhove 2026, following a successful Dahlia route and open day held on August 23. The event allowed visitors to view the massive parade floats currently being constructed in large tents and sheds, providing a preview of the main spectacle scheduled for August 29.

Claudia Lassche, chair of the Vollenhoofse Vereniging Voor Volksvermaken (V.V.V.V.), expressed pride in the enthusiasm of the builders and the impressive scale of the constructions. The upcoming week will focus on final adjustments and the placement of millions of dahlias to prepare for the parade through the streets of Vollenhove.
