Volos: Masked burglars raid lottery agency

Masked perpetrators targeted a lottery agency in the Nea Ionia area of Volos during the early hours of Tuesday. The robbery occurred at approximately 04:45 on Glavani Street.

The suspects, wearing hoods, gloves, and disposable masks to avoid identification, used a cinder block to smash the establishment's glass storefront. The entire operation lasted only a few seconds. While the perpetrators managed to steal approximately 150 euros from the register, they caused significant material damage to the property.

Local authorities are conducting an investigation to identify the suspects. Police are expected to examine security footage from the agency and neighboring businesses to determine the number of individuals involved and their escape route.
