Volunteer fire departments compete in regional Polish sporting contests

Volunteer fire departments in Poland recently participated in regional sporting and firefighting competitions in Stadnikach and Korbielów. These events tested the agility, teamwork, and technical skills of various units through obstacle relays and combat exercises, such as building fire lines and operating motor pumps.

In Stadnikach, OSP Skrzynka secured first place in Group A, while OSP Brzączowice took the top spot in the female Group C category. The competition was overseen by a commission from the Sułkowice municipality.

In Korbielów, OSP Krzyżowa achieved a double victory, winning trophies in both the men's and youth categories. The competition featured 13 teams from the Jeleśnia municipality, with OSP Mutne and OSP Sopotnia Mała taking second and third place in the men's division, respectively.
