Volunteer Fire Departments hold regional sports competitions in Poland

Volunteer Fire Departments (OSP) in Poland recently held regional sports competitions in Jasło and Kamienna Góra counties.

In Jasło County, the OSP Lipnica Dolna teams achieved a double victory in the County Sports and Firefighting Competitions held in Osiek Jasielski. The winning teams will represent the region at higher-level competitions. The event included both male and female teams from various local units.

In Kamienna Góra County, the first County Shooting Sports Competition took place at the PERKUN shooting range in Wieściszowiczach. Despite rainy weather, firefighters competed in pistol shooting, firefighter bowling, and box climbing. Tomasz Niezgoda from OSP Pisarzowice won the individual pistol competition, while OSP Leszczyniec took first place in the team pistol event and will represent the county at the provincial level.
