Vortex Energy completes acquisition of Saskatchewan Meadows Project

Vortex Energy Corp. has completed the acquisition of the Meadows Project in west-central Saskatchewan. The deal, finalized with Global Strategic Minerals Corp., includes 100% of the vendor's interest in Saskatchewan Subsurface Mineral Permit #SMP273, along with all transferable technical information and governmental authorizations.

Vortex Energy Corp. is an exploration-stage company focused on mineral properties in North America. In addition to the Meadows Project, the company is advancing the Robinson River Salt Project in Newfoundland & Labrador and the Fire Eye Uranium Property in the Athabasca Basin.
