Votuporanga police arrest motorcyclist after high-speed chase

A man was arrested in Votuporanga, São Paulo, following a high-speed motorcycle pursuit and resistance to authority. The incident began when Military Police observed a Honda/CG 160 Titan with a raised rear license plate, preventing identification.

The suspect fled the initial approach and later ignored orders to stop, driving at high speeds through various streets without a helmet. This maneuver created significant risks for pedestrians and other motorists. The pursuit ended at a residence where the individual allegedly resisted arrest, attempted to assault an officer, and directed insults at the police team. The suspect was handcuffed and taken to the Votuporanga Flagrant Central, and the motorcycle was seized.
