Votuporanga to host 2nd Grand Prix de Ranch Sorting

Votuporanga will host the second edition of the Grand Prix de Ranch Sorting on September 11 and 12 at the Helder Henrique Galera Event Center. The event features total estimated prizes exceeding R$ 120,000.

The competition includes official trials sanctioned by the Associação Brasileira de Quarto de Milha (ABQM) and the traditional Tira Boi contest, which offers over R$ 70,000 in prizes. A new addition to this year's program is a competition by the Elite Nacional de Ranch Sorting (ENRS), reserved for high-level athletes with more than 500 points in the ABQM ranking.

Ranch Sorting is an equestrian discipline performed in pairs, requiring riders to separate and move numbered cattle between pens in the fastest time possible. The event will also feature a youth category for competitors up to 15 years old, along with musical programming, food trucks, and an artisan fair.
