Voula: Driver traveling wrong way on coastal road narrowly avoids collision

The footage, which circulated widely on TikTok, shows a vehicle driving against the flow of traffic in the left lane. A Smart car in the middle lane was forced to brake abruptly to a near standstill, while the driver recording the event swerved to the right to avoid a crash.
