Voula to celebrate centenary with musical event and drone show

The Municipality of Vari, Voula, and Vouliagmeni will host a major commemorative event on Saturday, October 3, 2026, to celebrate the centenary of Voula. The celebration, held at Imiou Square, marks 100 years since the organized development of the modern town began in 1926.

The event will feature an audiovisual production combining speech, imagery, and music to trace the town's history from the early 20th century to the present. Performers Grigoris Valtinos, Foteini Darra, and Thodoris Voutsikakis will take the stage to perform songs and narratives representing different eras. The evening is also scheduled to include a specialized drone show designed to depict historical milestones in the sky.
