Vox expands ‘Die Höhle der Löwen’ investor panel for 20th season

The German TV show ‘Die Höhle der Löwen’ is launching its 20th anniversary season on September 7 on the channel Vox. To mark the milestone, the investor panel is expanding from six to eight members.

Two new investors are joining the group: Johannes Kliesch, founder of the Snocks Group, and Andreas W. Herb, founder of the MBG Group. Kliesch brings expertise in e-commerce and artificial intelligence, having built a company with over 130 million euros in annual revenue. Herb, whose group generates approximately 240 million euros annually, specializes in consumer goods and brand building.

The expanded panel will compete for deals alongside existing investors including Frank Thelen, Carsten Maschmeyer, Ralf Dümmel, Judith Williams, Janna Ensthaler, and Dagmar Wöhrl. The new season is expected to feature eight episodes airing on Mondays.

Additionally, former football coach Steffen Baumgart will appear in the new season, not as an investor, but as a brand ambassador for the fitness app ‘move2pay’.
