VOX cooking show ‘Das perfekte Dinner’ features Franconian cooks

The cooking competition show ‘Das perfekte Dinner’ will air new episodes on VOX from September 28 to October 2. This week, five amateur cooks from the Franconian Lake District (Fränkisches Seenland) will compete by hosting dinners and receiving scores from their peers.

The weekly lineup includes:

Monday, September 28: Mario (32) serves a menu featuring tuna, veal, beef with chanterelles, and crème brûlée.

Tuesday, September 29: Martina (47) presents a meatless Italian theme, ‘Bella Italia senza carne,’ featuring antipasti, pasta, and Tartufo di Pizzo.

Wednesday, September 30: Ela (42) hosts ‘Ela a casa’ with an avocado-salmon tartare, lemon-herb chicken, and a vanilla-tonka bean cake.

Thursday, October 1: Julian (26) prepares vitello tonnato, ossobuco with gremolata, and a lemon-basil sorbet.

Friday, October 2: Lydia (44) presents a Franconian culinary journey.
