Vox criticizes PSPV-PSOE and Spanish government over political management

José María Llanos, the Vox spokesperson in the Valencian Parliament, has launched sharp criticisms against the PSPV-PSOE and the central government led by Pedro Sánchez. During a political conference in Alicante, Llanos described the event as a “circus” and a “smoke screen” intended to distract from the management of the socialist administration.

Llanos specifically targeted PSPV-PSOE Secretary General Diana Morant, accusing the central government of failing to protect Spanish sovereignty in Ceuta and attempting to manipulate electoral processes. He further characterized the socialist party as a “mafia” orchestrated by Sánchez.

Additionally, Llanos accused left-wing parties of exploiting the tragedy of the October 29, 2024, floods in Valencia to launch early electoral campaigns. He criticized the handling of the aftermath, noting that a significant portion of affected sewage systems remain unrepaired, and argued that the legal proceedings regarding the disaster are already being handled by the courts.
