As president of the Patriots group in Europe—an organization supported by figures such as Viktor Orbán and Marine Le Pen—Abascal is expanding his political influence. This effort is supported by the Disenso Foundation, which recently held the fifth edition of Foro Madrid in Santiago, Chile.

The event featured prominent participants, including Chilean President José Antonio Kast and Argentine President Javier Milei. During the forum, Kast expressed ambitions for political expansion in the region, specifically mentioning Havana and Managua.
