Vox think‑tank launches documentary to expose Venezuelan leader Delcy Rodríguez

The Spanish right‑wing party Vox, through its Fundación Disenso, announced the upcoming release of a documentary titled “DELCY: Anatomía de una Ejecutora Chavista”. The film examines the political career of Delcy Rodríguez, who has served as Venezuela’s foreign minister, vice‑president of the National Constituent Assembly, executive vice‑president and, since July 2024, acting president.

The campaign, described by Vox leader Santiago Abascal and project coordinator Edmaly Maucó as an effort to “quitarle la careta” (remove the mask) from Rodríguez, seeks to counter what they call international “white‑washing” of the regime and to alert allies to ongoing human‑rights abuses. The trailer was released on the second anniversary of the July 28, 2024 presidential election, which the regime refused to recognize despite opposition candidate Edmundo González Urrutia’s certified victory.
