Voyah Taishan earns C-NCAP ultra five-star safety certification

Voyah Taishan has achieved an ultra five-star safety rating from the China New Car Assessment Program (C-NCAP) 2024 edition. According to the evaluation report, the 2026 MAX model achieved an overall score of 92.0%, surpassing the average score of 88.5% for previously tested models.

The vehicle received five-star ratings across three key dimensions: occupant protection (95.22%), vulnerable road user (VRU) protection (86.00%), and active safety (90.95%). Notable performance highlights include perfect scores in AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) tests for both pedestrians and cyclists, as well as a perfect score in vehicle-to-vehicle AEB testing.

Technical specifications contributing to these results include a high-strength steel and aluminum body featuring 2200MPa fortress-grade door rings and hot-formed anti-collision beams. The vehicle's active safety suite utilizes an 896-line quad-LiDAR solution with 34 sensors and the CAS 4.0 all-dimensional collision avoidance system.
