VPBank and Western Union launch real-time remittance service in Vietnam

VPBank and Western Union have officially launched the APN Realtime service, allowing recipients in Vietnam to receive international remittances directly into their bank accounts in real time. This digital service eliminates the need for recipients to visit physical locations or bank counters to collect cash.

The service operates 24/7, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring funds are credited almost immediately after a transaction is completed. According to the partnership, recipients are not charged any fees and face no limits on the number of transactions they can receive. This initiative aims to provide a more seamless financial experience, allowing users to manage their cash flow directly through digital banking platforms.
