Várzea Grande finalizes health sector career and salary plan
The municipal government of Várzea Grande has finalized the draft for the Health Career, Positions, and Salaries Plan (PCCS). Following months of technical studies and dialogue with various professional categories, the document is now being sent to the City Council for analysis and voting.
The new plan aims to address long-standing demands from health workers and covers multiple professional levels, including doctors, nurses, technicians, and radiologists.
