Várzea Grande launches land regularization for multiple neighborhoods

Residents of the Manga, Construmat, and Alameda neighborhoods in Várzea Grande are undergoing a land regularization process to obtain official property titles. The initiative involves several municipal and state entities, including the Municipal Secretariat of Urban Development, Intermat, and the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso.

In the Manga neighborhood, registration and inspections for over 1,000 lots are being conducted at the São Pedro Catholic Church. The process includes documentation review and on-site photographic inspections to confirm possession.

For residents of Construmat and Alameda, additional registration opportunities are scheduled for late September. In Construmat, service will be held at the São João Batista Catholic Church, while Alameda residents can register at the Sagrado Coração de Jesus Community. To participate, residents must provide proof of possession, such as purchase contracts or tax documents, along with personal identification. The municipality emphasizes that the entire regularization process is free of charge.
