Várzea Grande Municipal Guard adopts national security system
The Várzea Grande Municipal Guard has become the first in the state of Mato Grosso to implement the Sinesp CAD 3.0 system. Developed by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, the platform integrates information to assist in occurrence management and vehicle dispatching.
Authorized agents can now use the tool to consult national public security databases to check for outstanding arrest warrants and identify stolen vehicles or mobile phones via IMEI numbers. The implementation also modernizes the 153 emergency line using VoIP technology, allowing for better call tracking, history maintenance, and monitoring of service progress from initial contact to conclusion.
Inspector Juliano Lemos, commander of the Municipal Guard, stated that the integration provides agents with national information to identify fugitives and stolen property, aiming to increase intelligence and efficiency in crime prevention.
