Várzea Grande Municipal Guard rescues child having seizures

The Municipal Guard of Várzea Grande provided emergency assistance to a four-year-old child who was unconscious and experiencing seizures on Saturday morning. While patrolling the São Mateus neighborhood near Rodovia dos Imigrantes, officers were alerted by bystanders to the medical emergency.

Officers immediately transported the child, along with the mother and another daughter, to the Várzea Grande Municipal Emergency Room (PSMVG). Upon arrival, medical teams worked to stabilize the child, who required further diagnostic exams due to the severity of the initial symptoms.

During the incident, the Municipal Guard also assisted the family by locating the mother's other daughter at a local supermarket to ensure the family could remain together during the medical treatment.
