Várzea Grande teacher launches book on theatre-based traffic education

Fábia Carla Ferreira da Costa, a teacher from the Várzea Grande municipal school system, has released a book documenting her experiences with the 21st Student Thematic Festival of Traffic Theatre (Fetran). The book launch took place during the festival's state stage at the Cine Teatro Cuiabá.

The work compiles pedagogical experiences using theatre as a tool to teach students about traffic awareness and citizenship. Costa noted that the book aims to show how art and drama can contribute to the learning process and help children understand the importance of their actions as a lasting legacy. The initiative highlights the integration of education, culture, and safety awareness within the Várzea Grande municipal network.
