VST Tillers Tractors launches Rs 100 crore Global Tech Centre in Hosur, Tamil Nadu

VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. held a Bhoomi pooja and groundbreaking ceremony on July 28‑29 for a new Global Tech Centre (GTC) in Hosur, Krishnagiri district, Tamil Nadu. The state‑of‑the‑art facility is being built with an investment of roughly ₹100 crore and will serve as the company’s primary hub for advanced research, design, simulation, calibration and testing of farm mechanisation equipment, including both internal‑combustion and electric‑drive tractors and tillers.

Managing Director V. T. Ravindra said the centre “marks a significant milestone in VST’s journey of innovation and technology leadership” and will accelerate development of proprietary technologies, foster collaborations with global partners, and strengthen VST’s ability to meet customer needs across domestic and international markets.
