VTuber Gomomo to release gemstone polishing guide

Gemstone-polishing VTuber Gomomo will release her first book, titled ‘Chotto Genseki, Migaitemita. 100-en Shop kara Hajimerareru yo!’, on December 21. Published by KADOKAWA, the practical guide is designed to introduce beginners to the hobby of mineral polishing using tools that can be purchased at 100-yen shops.

The book covers essential topics such as selecting stones and tools, as well as step-by-step polishing processes. To commemorate the release, KADOKAWA will offer two limited-edition sets via its official online store: a ‘Starter Set’ priced at 6,930 yen and a ‘Special Set’ priced at 10,230 yen. These sets include the book along with fluorite specimens, sandpaper, polishing films, and other accessories to allow readers to practice the techniques described in the text.
