Vukovarski leptirići clarifies unauthorized charity merchandise sales

The association ‘Vukovarski leptirići’ has issued a public clarification regarding the unauthorized sale of T-shirts and other materials following a concert by Marko Perković Thompson in Vukovar.

The association stated that they did not organize these sales, nor did they collect any funds from them. They warned citizens that while many purchased items believing they were supporting the organization’s beneficiaries, the proceeds did not benefit the association.

‘Vukovarski leptirići did not organize this sale, they did not collect funds in this way, and our association did not gain any benefit from that sale,’ the group stated. They urged the public to verify information through their official social media channels and website before donating, noting that all legitimate humanitarian actions are announced transparently through those platforms.
