The WA Mining Conference & Exhibition will be held on 16–17 September 2026 at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre. The event brings together global mining companies, government representatives, researchers and technology providers to discuss the sector’s biggest opportunities, including decarbonisation, energy security, technological transformation, investment, workforce development and operational excellence.

Confirmed speakers include Fortescue, which will share lessons from its advanced, zero‑emissions operations; the Chamber of Minerals and Energy WA; the Minerals Research Institute of Western Australia; Zenith Energy; and Bellevue Gold. Over 140 exhibitors are already confirmed, representing firms such as Datanet, Dredge Robotics, WEG Australia, Blackwoods, Vulcan Steel, CITIC HIC and others. Dedicated zones – the Decarbonisation Zone, Transformative Tech Zone and Mining Pavilion – will showcase products and strategies aimed at boosting productivity, sustainability and safety.

Tickets are limited and the conference is more than 90 % booked, underscoring the strength of Western Australia’s mining sector and its appetite for the next era of innovation.
