Wachtell Lawyers Identified After Viral Central Park Kiss Video
A TikTok video filmed in Central Park on July 23 captured a man and woman sharing a kiss on a bench. The creator shouted, “Get a room. There’s kids around,” prompting the pair to separate; the woman replied, “Put the phone down.” The clip quickly amassed millions of views.
Online users matched the couple to the litigation department of New York’s leading law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. They were identified as 45‑year‑old partner Nathaniel D. Cullerton and 29‑year‑old associate Kelsey Borenzweig. Both have notable legal backgrounds and recently worked together defending OpenAI and CEO Sam Altman in a lawsuit filed by Elon Musk. Neither lawyer commented publicly, and the firm issued no statement. Both are reported to be in separate relationships within the legal community.
The video sparked a wave of media coverage, drawing parallels to previous “Coldplay kiss cam” incidents and raising discussions about workplace dynamics and privacy in public spaces.
