Waffle House tests new taco menu at Atlanta-area locations

Waffle House is conducting a limited-time menu test featuring seven varieties of tacos at approximately 45 locations across the metro Atlanta area and surrounding Georgia communities.

The menu includes four breakfast options—bacon, sausage, chicken sausage, and ham, all paired with egg and cheese—as well as three options inspired by the chain’s lunch and dinner items: patty melt, chicken melt, and cheesesteak melt tacos. Unlike traditional breakfast menus, these tacos are available for order at any time of day.

The company reported that early feedback from the first week of testing has been positive. It remains unannounced whether the taco menu will expand to other regions or become a permanent fixture at Waffle House locations.
