Wage War releases new single ‘Sweet Dreams’ and announces US tour

Florida-based metalcore band Wage War has released a new standalone single and music video titled ‘Sweet Dreams’. The track follows their recent EP, ‘It Calls Me By Name’, released via Fearless Records.

The band described the song as being about ‘being deceived by the world around you’ and finding ‘safety in a sense of blissful ignorance’. Musically, the single is intended to draw inspiration from the band’s entire ten-year catalog, blending aggressive instrumentation and vocals with melodic passages.

Wage War is scheduled to embark on the ‘Emergency Broadcast’ headline tour in the United States starting October 25. The tour will feature support from We Came As Romans, Varials, and Cane Hill, traveling through various cities including San Antonio, Houston, Las Vegas, and Tempe, before concluding in Orlando, Florida, in late November.
