Wagner Encarnación elected national vice president of Dominican municipal association ADOVA

Wagner Encarnación, a vocal of the Distrito Municipal Turístico Verón‑Punta Cana, was chosen as the national vice president of the Asociación Dominicana de Vocales (ADOVA). ADOVA brings together representatives of municipal districts across the Dominican Republic. Encarnación’s election was supported by vocales from several provinces and is seen as recognition of his work promoting institutional strengthening, local participation and development initiatives in the eastern region.

In his new role, Encarnación will represent Dominican municipal vocales at meetings, congresses and other forums both within the country and abroad, aiming to foster cooperation among local governments and share best practices in municipal management.
