Waku Waku Games to release ‘Drunken Rogue and the End Vampire’

Waku Waku Games has announced the release of ‘Drunken Rogue and the End Vampire,’ a deck-building roguelike game scheduled for launch on Steam on August 21, 2026. The game, developed by 2. 6 billion years studio, is based on the previous work ‘Drunken Rogue and the Cave of Increased Magic’ created during a game jam.

Players control two protagonists, Rita and End, as they navigate dungeons to reach the Vampire King's castle. A unique mechanic involves characters becoming stronger as they become more intoxicated, though extreme intoxication can lead to hallucinations. The game will be priced at 1,580 yen, with a Nintendo Switch version planned for a later date.
